Surround yourself with your focus to bring forth what you desire
a. Prior to an energy session ( massage/touch ) focus on what you wish to become. Read, imagine, put up sayings on the walls, photos, etc. Surround yourself with your becoming at all times, especially prior to activity for energy.
b. Following an energy ritual keep the focus on what you are becoming. Meditate, use a breathing technique, the Floating Ritual, or whatever you wish to gain what you want .
c. If you want to be a great shopper---go shopping. If you want to be wealthy---focus on wealth. similarly if you want to be in love, peace and harmony --- do that when energized and it will happen at the level of energy and dedication you have produced .
d. If you blow off the energy by talking or through other uncontrolled activity you will build ego. Not good for your ( anyones ) spirit .
e. Use good energy and good wish/will to help you and your surrounding .
f. It's silly to go into a meditation process looking for answers . Meditation is a way of cleaning your mind , and only with a clean mind , clean thoughts , positive energy and love will generate .
g. The healing activity is a ritual and works best when performed well. The more intense the touch , the more chemical change in the body and brain is created; the more your electromagnetic field is energized; the greater are your higher powers opened, the more insight you can gain.
h. Because the massage ( transferring energy through touch ) activity is a ritual and because the better it is done the stronger the ritual, and because the more intense the energy produced, the more energy available to grow with. The more the better. The more often the better. Keep a second attention on your goal and your first attention on the ritual.
i. You are NOT the only source of energy available to you. The energy field of the earth is stronger than your energy for example. Other people can enhance your energy, helping you build glorious and intense energy. Other people can also drain you so be careful.
j. Working with trusted ( doesn't mean old ) partner is required to practice energy exchange and healing . Remember trust is again in your mind/soul . Learn to trust(love) people , and also learn not be damaged by people who break your trust . Remember , only a loving soul ( both to the good and bad souls ) can create loving energy .
k. Chemical drugs are drugs and your body creates it's own drugs( chemical ) internally. We can control the amount of chemistry change through our activity, attitude . Intense energy activity brings intense body chemistry changes . Handle it with care.
l. Practice, practice, practice.

History of Tantra
The ‘Indic Religions’ are early forms of what we now know
as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Their development, even with an
arbitrary end-date of 1200 CE,1 is a large topic, the growth of one
of their central and most characteristic features, the group of traditions of
mental and physical cultivation that developed into what we now know as
‘yoga’, ‘Tantra’, and ‘meditation’. The indigenous terms vary, and do not
correspond neatly to modern Western uses of these terms, but practices
involving mental and physical cultivation, mostly directed towards the
achievement of some kind of liberating insight,2 are found in all the major
religions originating in the Indian sub-continent.
The early growth of Buddhism, Jainism and the renunciate traditions
within Brahmanical religion, roughly from the fourth to second centuries
BCE . The first of these periods corresponds, as far as we can
tell, to the initial development of yogic and meditational techniques; the
second period covers the growth of Tantric practices and the relationship
between yoga and Tantra.
At the beginning of the twentieth century, these practices were scarcely
known outside of South Asia and the Buddhist societies of Southeast and
East Asia, a few specialist scholars and esoteric practitioners aside. By the
beginning of the twenty-first century, millions, if not tens of millions, of people around the world were practisingHindu yoga, Buddhist meditation
and related traditions, and ideas, concepts and practices deriving from yogic
and Tantric contexts had become a familiar part of global society .

Tantra and Sex.... for whom !?!

The strength of the potential for health, energy, happiness, enlightenment, etc., lies in the quality and strength of the polarity involved in the sexual acts. So far as the quality of polarity, Tantric Scriptures specifically exclude the voluptuary, the drunkard, the lewd person, the glutton, the lecher, those who have not risen above shame, blame, guilt, anger, and other damaging impurities. Certainly sex can be used for harm. For each rose there are many thorns, for each beauty there is an opposite. Just as it is true that sex can be dirty, filthy, degrading, etc., so is sex beautiful, enlightening, cleansing, envigorating, etc., and the awareness that this can be should bring hope to even those who have never experienced the beautiful side of their (and other’s) sexual nature .
Tantra specifically teaches purity as the major force for good and as the specific quality required for entering into the many aspects of the sexual activity God has bestowed on our human physical and spiritual bodies. Tantra also encourages a participant in sexual activity to use that energy produced to focus on higher spiritual values and enlightenment. In this is purity. Sex only degrades the degraded, only harms the harmful, is only evil to the evil, etc., and is a joy to the joyful, healthful to the healthy, illuminating to those who seek illumination. As in everything else, as ye seek, so shall ye find. If sex and sexual connection between two positive human is a sin or agaist social norms ! What a strange thing , through this “unclean,” “dirty,” “filthy,” and so on method , are our beautiful children are conceived !! How can a process that bring life to the earth be sin ! How can a process that keep the existance of not just human , but all the other species , be practised less and less ( we keep population control in mind , but not States control over our body n soul ) !!?
If you were a devoted student of tantric philosophy, you would go through an extensive program of physical, mental and sexual exercises to heighten your sensory awareness. Through slow and thoughtful practice you would learn to comfortably extend the time of connecting with other body n soul . In this way you would train yourself to be aware of not only your own feelings but also those of your partner. The spiritual part of tantra is to use your sexual energy to merge ecstatically with your partner and through him or her to become one with the cosmos or God.

Tantra , sex and misunderstanding

The Buddha realized that it is “not the results of human thinking, the ideas, beliefs, and formulas or the conceptual knowledge that matters, but rather the way, the method that leads to the results, the spiritual attitude behind them.” Here we see the definition of purity which the beginning Tantra student will do well to keep in mind. The spiritual attitude of reaching for attainment and growth brings purity.
From a pure heart comes pure love. This reads backwards also. From pure love comes a pure heart. If we could learn to have a pure heart we could practice pure love. If we strive to practice pure love, we are learning to have a pure heart. This goes for all aspects of our lives. According to Tantric philosophy , the process that bring life to earth is sex , so , one can well imagine how powerful this whole process of sex could be , and if one can channelize the whole energy that generates through love, sex and human connection , to the positive side of mind and body , one can attain a great plain of emotional as well as physical being .
Sex only degrades the degraded, only harms the harmful, is only evil to the evil, etc., and is a joy to the joyful, healthful to the healthy, illuminating to those who seek illumination. As in everything else, as ye seek, so shall ye find.
If we practise sexuality with the goal of creating illumination, health, and higher powers, we will produce those things. If we participate in sexuality with a bad attitude, guess what will be produced. Of course, we will then produce a bad attitude, reinforcing the one we already have brought into the session. Thus grows impurity. From a pure attitude grows purity. Sexual rituals at the beginning level are not pure at all and are pretty much just sex with a changing attitude, beginning the movement toward purity. This is what is needed to attainment of our highest goals. We do not walk out the door in the morning determined to be a Physicist with a Ph.d or a Medical Doctor and apply for a job accordingly. We must take all those little (and big) steps required for the years of training and practice needed to become what we aspire to. The same holds for purity. We must train and practice in order to attain our goal.

Tantric massage and today's belief
In today’s fast-paced world where media hypes rule, many people believe that tantra massage is nothing but a collection of sexual techniques to prolong pleasure. Well, the truth of the matter is, tantra massage is much more than that. It has its own philosophy for living that assists people in integrating their physical reality with their spiritual aspects in order to experience the so-called “bliss on earth”. To put it simply, tantra massage is a technique used to unite people together to heighten the special awareness and rapport between them .
The main difference between Tantric massage and any other form of massage are : Most of the other forms of massage work on the physical healing of pain/stress/etc ... Where as Tantra and Tantric massage are little more than that . It's a way of life , a philosophical school of it's own , where people connects one with another both in a spiritual , physical and meta physical level .
So , when you see a session of Tantric practice ( Yoga/Massage/anything) is 1 hour / 2 hour or a few hours long , please know that you have every right to doubt the authenticity of it .
Tantra and Tantric path of philosophy/connection ( however you name it ) , are age old and never believe in anything instant . A time when fast/cheap food , drink , fashion and lifestyle are celebrated , path of Tantra is slow , sacred and divine .
